UTTER MADNESS
at the Park S.U. Bar

On Friday 23rd October 1998 I attended yet another Friday Night Out at the Cheltenham & Gloucester College of Higher Education Park Student Union Bar. This time it was to see UTTER MADNESS, a band I had seen previously at the 1997 Summer Ball. I found this very interesting as the band were late arriving and had to set their equipment up in full gaze of the audience.

I actually thought the band were better this time around with performances of MADNESS classics like, ONE STEP BEYOND, BAGGY TROUSERS, EMBARRASSMENT, GREY DAY, IT MUST BE LOVE, and WINGS OF A DOVE to name but a few. They also performed the BAD MANNERS track THE CAN-CAN with great precision.
